What do I need?
IMPORTANT! VISA REQUIREMENTS:

To enter the Republic of Slovenia, you need a valid passport (or ID card if you are coming from the European Union).

Students from the EU countries, Canada, US, Brazil, Japan do not need a visa for a shorter period of time.

Students holding Lebanese, Taiwanese, Russian, Philipino, Indonesian, Ukrainian, Sudanese, Egyptian and some other passports need to obtain a visa from one of our Embassies or Consulates in your or neighboring country.
Since Slovenia is the SCHENGEN, you may apply for a SCHENGEN type of VISA.

For all additional visa information, including Embassies location and visa application forms, please check the official web site of the Slovenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

NOTE FOR VISA APPLICANTS: When you are confirmed from your NMO (Exchange Team Representative) that you are coming to Slovenia, we will send you the Official Invitation Letter, that is necessary for you to obtain a visa.

In order to make your visa process smoothly and quickly, please be sure to owe a VALID PASSPORT as soon as possible, because we need your real data (Passport No. and Real Address as seen in passport), otherwise you might not be able to obtain a visa.

Please make sure to apply for the visa 1-2 months in advance.
